Mansa James has been an educator, motivator, promoter, and impact influence in the Fitness Industry with 15 years of experience.  With a background in Sport Exercise Science, Nutrition, Athletic Development, Plyometrics, Stretching Recovery and Alkaline Lifestyle Coach Randy brings a wide range of knowledge to every client and workout class.

Ranging from coaching USA Olympic style boxing, to Amateur Athletics Union Basketball, strength and conditioning for Football Athletes, Track and Field including other sports specific programs, Coach Randy customizes workout plans for every kind of client at every fitness level. Coach Randy and Mansa Movement also provide workout programs for pre and post-natal, recovery programs for injuries and youth developmental programs.
