Cancellation Policy

We absolutely understand that there are circumstances that occur where we are required to cancel or change schedules.  At the same time it is imperative to maintain a functional schedule in order to properly serve your fitness needs and provide proper customer service.  Therefore in regards to cancellations here is our policy:
For any cancellation the client must notify Coach Randy or contact the gym location where the session is scheduled within 8 hours of the scheduled session.  The only exceptions are for medical emergencies or family emergencies.  A no call no show scheduled session will result in no refund.
  • 1st Cancellation - No harm, no foul, things happen and we understand.  Please make sure to Notify Coach Randy or the gym of when you have to cancel within 8 hours of the scheduled session time. Medical Emergency and Family Emergency are the only accepted reasons for cancellation.  
  • 2nd Cancellation - After the 1st cancellation a $10 Cancellation fee will be added to the cost of the scheduled session.  The $10 cancellation fee must be paid before the next session can be booked.  The client must notify Coach Randy within 8 hours of the scheduled session.  Medical Emergency and Family Emergency are the only accepted reasons for cancellation. No refund and no reschedule of the cancelled session allowed after 2 cancellations in a row.
  • 3rd Cancellation - After the 3rd Cancellation a $15 Cancellation fee will be added to the cost of the scheduled session.  The client must notify Coach Randy within 8 hours of the scheduled session.   The $15 Cancellation fee must be paid before the next session can be booked.  Medical Emergency and Family Emergency are the only accepted reasons for cancellation. No refund and no reschedule of the cancelled session allowed after 2 cancellations in a row.
